These terms apply to indiandecor.shop and to every order placed with The Indian Decor.

1. Who we are

The Indian Decor is an online retailer selling home decor and home organisation. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: Shop No 1, Tirupati Niwas, Ghodbunder Rd, near Hanuman Temple, Manpada, Thane, Maharashtra 400607, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe material, finished dimensions and what is in the box from the information available to us. Wood grain, canvas texture and print tone vary between production batches, and screen colour is not exact — a neutral canvas will not match a screenshot exactly.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Wall-mounted shelves, racks and framed art must be fixed with fittings suited to your wall type; fixings supplied with an item are for solid masonry unless the product page says otherwise. Tall storage units in a household with children should be anchored to the wall. Weight limits printed on a product page are limits, not targets.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
